Elevate Student Success in CAL

Where passions become professions

The College of Art and Letters (CAL) encompasses the humanities, creative arts, and language studies, but we represent much more than a collection of academic departments. Our students become teachers and interior designers, historians and philosophers, lawyers and professional writers, and imaginative leaders across career paths.

We help students build an understanding of the world around them and express their knowledge and creativity. We guide them on the path to finding their voice and vision while honing analytic, artistic, and linguistic abilities—all while growing into a talented professional with the skills to succeed in a wide range of modern careers.

NAU Giving Day is a great opportunity to support the arts and humanities at NAU. Click the give button to see a list of CAL funds that are helping to advance creativity and scholarly endeavors across CAL for students, faculty, and the community.
