Family Access, Communication, Transition, and Support (FACTS) expands college access for first-generation and underserved students by empowering their biggest advocates—their families. Through its five-lesson Team College Bound curriculum, FACTS connects families with the resources and knowledge they need to navigate the college journey. The program builds confidence and celebrates the unique strengths each family brings to support their student’s success. At its core, FACTS promotes affordable, equitable pathways to higher education, making college more accessible for all.
