We are the Filipino American Student Association (FASA) at NAU, a passionate student organization dedicated to sharing more about the Philippines with our campus and the wider Flagstaff community.
Since 2015, FASA has been a hub for expression, connection, and service. We provide opportunities for both Filipino and non-Filipino students to engage in community building through:
- Traditional folk dances
- Culinary exploration of classic Filipino dishes
- Showcases and celebrations
- Community service and volunteer work
At our core, we strive to foster a warm and welcoming environment, a true sense of “kapamilya” (family). FASA isn’t just a club, it’s a home away from home for many of our members. We are proud to represent the Filipino spirit of hospitality, unity, and resilience on campus and beyond.
How Can You Help
To continue growing our club, we are seeking financial support from friends, family, and community members. Your generous contributions will help fund:
- Materials & Supplies: For club events and activities.
- Travel Expenses: Especially for events like FASALympics, where we collaborate with other Filipino student orgs across Arizona.
- Promotion & Outreach: So we can spread awareness and invite more students and community members to experience our events.
