Elevate Clinical Psychology
PsyD program in the Department of Clinical Psychology in the College of Education at NAU prepares highly trained future mental health providers to be leaders in the field of mental health.
Our students provide high quality services to Arizonans in a variety of settings:
- Schools
- Hospitals
- Clinics
- Prisons
- Community mental health centers
Our PsyD students have a passion to help others. We equip them to get the highest level of training they can achieve. They not only provider therapy, but also assessment, consultation, are able to research outcomes and have leadership and advocacy skills. Our students' lives are changed when they earn this degree. They have joined a guild of professionals and have more than a job—they have a vocation.
Support Student Success on Giving Day
Having a PsyD program, Doctorate in Clinical Psychology Program at a state school is one of the best investments a state school could make. It provides access to quality affordable education to Arizonans and ensures the state is well resourced with doctoral level mental health providers who can address the behavioral health needs across Arizona.
To be a part of our mission, please consider a gift to the PsyD Discretionary Fund to help support:
- Student scholarships
- Seed money for an on-campus training clinic
