Native American Cultural Center Fund (NACC) - NACC strives to support students and to educate the larger community on the histories, cultures, and issues facing Native American/Alaskan Native/ Native Hawaiian and Indigenous communities. Clubs and Organizations - the NAU community has many student clubs and organizations that support cultural, gender, and sexuality diversity on campus through programming, events, and thoughtful community engagement in a safe and supportive environment. LGBTQIA Commission – empowers promising lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual students to achieve their full academic and leadership potential while affirming their identity. Commission on the Status of Women – makes recommendations to the President and leadership about women’s issues addressing concerns in university policies, practices, and programs to enact constructive change. The NAU Commission on the Status of Women promotes and advocates for gender equity, parity, and inclusivity; fosters a diverse, safe, and welcoming campus environment; and helps to create a family-friendly community.
