BOUNDARYLESS GIVING DAY ACTIVITIES

Giving Day Booth, Snacks, and Swag (10 AM to 5 PM): Stop by the Lumberjack Lounge (in the Union between the Hot Spot and Food Court) and enjoy the Giving Day 2023 Energy (along with free snacks and swag!). 

Giving Day Student Marketplace Popup Sale (11 AM to 2 PM): Also at the Lumberjack Lounge, you can meet student entrepreneurs, shop and buy awesome products made by amazing students, and learn how how you can support student innovation and entrepreneurship.

Advocating Accountability and Ethics for Big Tech: An Evening with Facebook Whistleblower Frances Haugen The NAU Honors Distinguished Speaker Series showcases inspired thinkers from all disciplines addressing issues of vital community interest. The presentations will engage and enlighten students and community members about critical issues facing the region, the nation, and the world. During her time at Facebook as the lead Product Manager on the Civic Misinformation team, Frances became increasingly alarmed by the choices the company makes prioritizing their own profits over public safety and putting people's lives at risk.
