At Northern Arizona University, students are given numerous opportunities to shape their experience and contribute to Lumberjack life through student clubs and organizations. Each group provides students an engagement opportunity to shape their own Lumberjack experience where they can sharpen their leadership skills, make lasting connections, have fun, and build a lasting impact on their communities.
A gift today supports the student experiences in the following CHHS-affiliated student clubs:
The Student Occupational Therapy Association of NAU
Who we are:
The purpose of SOTA is twofold; our first purpose is to advocate for Occupational Therapy and connect students with healthcare professionals, the community, and students of other disciplines. Secondly, SOTA provides support and encouragement for all members. We volunteer and raise money for organizations within the Phoenix community. We also fundraise throughout the year to be able to send our students to the annual American Occupational Therapy Association conference each spring.
Why we need your support:
We are raising money to be able to send our Doctorate of Occupational Therapy students to the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) annual conference in April 2023 that will take place in Kansas City, MO. The AOTA conference is an event for students to present their research, connect with other professionals, learn, and grow as future occupational therapists. We are grateful for any amount of donation.
